Guideline for abstract submission

• Abstracts are limited to 250 words, MS Word, Times New Roman font 12
• Title, authors, affiliation, corresponding author
• Mention the corresponding author's mail ID 
• Do not include an illustration or bibliography in the abstract 
• Include five keywords 
• Indicate in your mail whether it is for an oral presentation or a poster 

Format for full paper: The accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the conference. Follow the clearly defined manuscript structure as standard. Title, author's details and affiliation, corresponding author(s) details, abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results and discussion, conclusion, acknowledgement (optional), and references (APA Style 7th Edition).

• 8.00 - 12.00 AM - Opening session and remarks from invited speakers
• 12.00 - 13.00 AM - Lunch
• 13.00 - 17.00 PM - Keynote presentations (4-5)
• 17.00 - 19.00 PM - Networking dinner

Day 2 (February 7, 2027)

• 7.00 - 8.00 AM - Breakfast
• 8.00 - 12.00 PM - Parallel sessions (4 Themes)
• 12:00 - 13:00 PM - Lunch
• 13.00 - 15.00 PM - Panell discussion on transforming higher agricultural education in Nepal
• 15.00 - 16.30 PM - Round table meeting with IAAS Alumni and IAAS Dean Office
• 16.30 - 17.00 PM - Brief closing session
